It is so easy to use this app. It is a useful app. There are not any ads in app that i like the best.

This tool is very helpful to me. Remind yourself that need time and rhythm. Keep good exercise frequency and effect of the body. I like this software.

Horrible sound. Cant even change it. Not sure who all these other reviewers are that have poor grammar but this app is nothing amazing. All you have to do is provide a timer. Im familiar with Tabata methodology. This isnt brain surgery.

I can always hear the sounds.
